Administrative Council

Our Mandate is to oversee the administration of our Condominium Corporation and act on the decisions of the Owners Assemblies under the relevant Regulations and By-laws.  The Administrative Council is instituted and governed by the Jalisco State Civil Law, with additional rights and duties in the corporate Bylaws.  All the members are volunteers and are elected to a two-year term.
