Architecture Committee

This is a permanent committee established through the Bylaws.

Our Mandate is to receive proposals from Owners for ANY and ALL exterior (and some interior) modifications, renovations, repairs, and construction, review them in light of the regulations contained in the   Colour Palette   ,   Handbook   ,   Bylaws   , and State/Federal Laws, and make recommendations to the Administrative Council for them to make a decision on your proposal.  Your Request For Approval must be submitted online at least 15 days before the planned start of the work, in order to give the volunteers on the committee time to work with you toward approval.

Important Note from Administrative Council   -   You are reminded that ALL plans for structural decorations, repairs, renovations, or construction must be approved by the Administrative Council, starting with making an online Request for Approval to the Architecture Committee prior to starting the work.  Please do not start your project until you have approval from the Administrative Council !  Projects that are clearly with Laws/Bylaws/Handbook regulations, e.g. painting inside, or painting outside with an approved colour/paint, may be approved the the Architecture Committee directly.  For more information, please contact   Joan Montgomery   (coordinator) at   joanmontgomery388@gmail.com
