Walls inspected are boundary walls between properties
For various reasons we did not inspect these casas 12, 13, 22, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 56
We chose not to visit some casas because after visiting like properties, we saw no point. Some property walls were better observed from the street. These were 59, 60, 61, 64, 66, 67
We were pleased to discover that most residents look after their walls. They keep them clear of vegetation and replace small rocks that fall out, sometimes cementing them in.

Walls that need attention are as follows:
Casa 1 – there is a plant in the south west corner that has roots growing into the wall. It should be removed
Casa 7 – vegetation on 3 walls should be cut back and painting of these walls be carried out in the near future.
Casas needing brick walls painted in the not too distant future - 1, 8, 9, 35
Casas with large rocks to be cemented in – 6, 31, 50, 64( on driveway wall), 67( on road behind directional sign), wall behind casa club
The wall behind the casa club has a vine growing out of it which should be removed.

Numerous casa walls had small rocks missing. It was suggested to owners that they replace them with a bit of cement as a matter of maintenance
