Antonio started work on site at our west wall on 16 May 2022. The first two days, the site was leveled and unstable dirt removed adjacent to the wall. Rocks were delivered and wire cages assembled. Today they completed the cages, put a second string of wire on the front edge and sprayed rust proofing on the exposed sides. The engineer, Brad Grieves, was on site almost every other day. He says Antonio did an excellent job.

I attended a meeting this morning with representatives from the city. Also from LS were Peggy, Steve and Veronica. Brad Grieves also attended. Veronica was well prepared with documents and photos and put our case forcefully. Later, some of the delegation came to our arroyo. Antonio was on site and explained what he was doing and his view on what the city can do to improve our arroyo.
