Los Sabinos perimeter and internal walls

During the last few months, the Wall Committee focused on reinforcing the west perimeter wall  and observing it following the unusual early rain.  Now we would like to propose a yearly inspection of all of the perimeter walls and some interior walls.  Currently I am aware of inspections beind done randomly twise a year by Antonio.  It is my understanding that the main purpose of these inspections is to remove vegatation interfering with the electrical security wires surrounding Los Sabinos.  Our proposed inspections would be to look at the integrity of the walls and note any areas for monitoring.  It is proposed that the inspection be done by the wall committee with Steve Sayce doing the inspection and Barbara Baker doing the recording.  The perimeter walls would be inspected according to the instruction of the Council.  Also, Council would ask residents for any concerns about some of the interior walls and these would be looked at by the committee at the time of inspection.
