Following the earthquakes, Steve and I looked at the west wall. It appears to be fine with no visible damage. We plan on following this with the first annual wall inspection of the perimeter wall. Residents will be advised of the date separately .We noted that adjacent to the rear of casa 18, on the west side of the wall, a large branch from a tree has fallen into the Arroyo. This may act to slow down the flow of the water. We will monitor this. We also noted that some vegetation along the wall was cut presumably as it was interfering with what appears to be electrical wires. However one wire appears to be trapped under a cut plant. We assume that this has nothing to do with any casas in Los Sabinos.
