Owners also have access to restricted online information and are informed about how to access it by email from Administration.
Owners are required to make an online "Request for Approval" to the Architecture Committee and wait for formal approval by email to make external (and some internal) changes/renovations/resurfacing/maintenance to their Private Units.

Owners (or others authorized by owners to do to) are required to notify the Administrator when someone else will be living in their casa and receive authorization from her.
This process is simplified by an online form: "Notice of New Resident". click here for English
Owners are also required to provide access to the corporate regulations (Bylaws, etc.) to anyone they rent or sell their casa to.
