Welcome to the Neighbourhood

You have chosen to live in a Private Unit at Los Sabinos.  Owners have a share in the Common Area which includes the Gatehouse, internal streets, and the Recreation Area.  The Recreation Area has green and gardened spaces, walkways, a pool, a pool deck, a hot-tub, a gym, a washroom facility, a Clubhouse, a barbeque hut and parking lot.  The Clubhouse contains a kitchen, lounge area, tables/chairs, satellite TV, a book/magazine/video library, a bulletin board, and has internet available.  With permission of Administration, the Clubhouse may be reserved exclusively for private events, except on the weekend.  The pool may also be reserved, but not exclusively.  The other areas are not reservable.  

Please note that all external (and some internal) changes to your private property (of any kind) must be approved by Administration

Our Welcome Committee includes Donna Dymackova [#31] (chair),  Barbara Baker [#18], Carol Markowski [#46], and Sandi Lindsay [#55].  They will provide you with a welcome package of information, and answer any questions you may have as a new Resident.  They will ask you to provide information for legal, contact, and security purposes.  If your information changes (e.g. different car, different maid, etc.) please let me know by email at   hjorch@gmail.com   so I can update our database and the Gate Info Cards for the Security Guards.
